The manager greeted me as I entered and introduced me to my massage therapist, Irene. Both were warm and welcoming, in a sincere way. I felt right at home. Irene proved to be experienced and highly skilled; my massage was both relaxing and therapeutic. She found a few trouble spots in my shoulder area that even I didn't know about, and she worked them out with a minimum of discomfort. She communicated perfectly, which was important to me.
