"We recently hired Auntie Jenn to take care of our 8-month-old, high-energy velcro puppy for a week-long vacation. It was our first vacation away from him and I was terribly stressed about leaving him… Until we met Jenn! During our meet and greet, it was clear our puppy would be in exceptionally capable and caring hands. She was beyond qualified and demonstrated a calming disposition and a genuine love for animals. We booked Jenn to stay overnight and visit for several hours during the day. She kept us updated with regular messages, photos and videos, which made us smile and offered peace of mind while we were away. Our puppy quickly exhibited his idiosyncrasies during her stay—further confirmation that he was comfortable and happy. Upon our return, our puppy was noticeably calm and content, a testament to Jenn’s excellent care. To top it off, Jenn even laundered sheets and towels! I am grateful for her attention to detail, respect for our home, and the extraordinary care of our dog. Jenn absolutely surpassed our expectations and we will definitely use her services again.
