Walk away."

"Extremely over priced puppies. When we found out that puppy I wanted was $7000 I refused and to asked to see someone else that was cheaper. While playing with the 2nd puppy she legit called 2 potential buyers. To tell them that the dog was now available. To me that came off rude and Slightly embarrassing. So just like we can hear her , she could hear us. Let's just say it got alittle Awkward. Using our personal conversation as saleing points."

"Went in hoping to find some anti-itch pray for my mom's dog. Found exactly what I was looking for. Spoke to one of the ladies about a puppy I was curious about and explained my dog had passed in February and though I want ready for another one just yet I would like to know what purchasing one entailed. The lady was very knowledgeable and had tons of info. She told me her own experience after buying a dog from them a few months ago and showed me a few pictures. This prompted me to show her a picture of my dog who passed. She could tell I'm still hurting and offered a sympathetic hug. She was so sweet! Another worker there also gave me tips on how to take care of my mom's dog's itching problem."

"Called them for a price because they kept leaving me voicemails about a puppy I inquired about 3 weeks ago. They don't want to give a price over the phone because they want you to be there to hold the puppy and get attached to it before they give you a ridiculous offer. I tell them I can't go to the store without a price because it would be an hour round trip. So Jasmine decides to tell me the dog is a couple grand.The original price was 7k which is laughable. But again no set price. She said it's against policy. However we all know it's just Jasmines made up policy. So I ask her to call me back with a set price if the policy changes. She however just hung up on me. Goes to show you what kind of person and business this is. Guess I should expect an ugly attitude from a business that works in tandem with a puppy mill."

"Today I went in to look for a second dog to add to my little family and give my first dog a sibling. I originally filled out the forms online and Speranca reached out to me the next day to set up an appointment. She was EXTREMELY helpful, kind and informative. She answered all my questions I had and she made sure I had everything I needed before leaving with my new puppy. Overall my experience was truly special and amazing.
