"Was only there at the facility for around 3 hrs with my little brother. We stayed with dad until he felt comfortable. With what time my brother and I was there there was only a couple of things we didn't really agree with but other then the facility looks very clean sone of the staff was really friendly but was at least one that she was kinda of snipy towards a patient. But here's the bad points are they didn't answer the phone most of time when I have called and if they did answer they wasn't able to answer your questions they say they would have to get with the nurse in charge and theyll call back never heard from them When my dad was put here in this nursing home he wasn't to be released unless all 5 of us kids agreed on this with me being the oldest they never called me to ask if I knew about him going home to my step family . Shortly after they released him he ended back there and passed away 24 hours from the time he arrived there . When he went there the first time I made sure that the home knew he doesn't eat that there needs to be someone that makes sure he ate . He pass being malnourished . I feel that maybe if the facility in the hospice there where the captain there like they were supposed to he might still be alive and if they win and make sure he ate."
