"Recently had a colonoscopy. The place look dirty they told me to be there at 12:30 they didn't come and get me until 2:30. ... They made me buy the prep over the counter even though I told them that wouldn't work so of course when they went to do the procedure it wasn't completely clean so they couldn't do a good colonoscopy. So that was a waste of a day and a half. After I left I became very chilled very cold shaking. When they called me the next day I told him about that and their first response was well it was not anything we did wrong. I was not accusing them I was trying to ask them what would be the problem. I will never let them touch me again. Enter at your own risk.."

"Went to ER by squad for chest pain, pressure, numbness, tingling, loss of feeling, pain in my hip and leg as well. I was left alone puking on myself and paralyzed. I couldn't move and when my wife arrived, she said I was choking on my own vomit and staff was just walking by and ignoring me. Ended up having critically low potassium which almost made my heart seize up. But they didn't run the first time for nearly 3 hours. They left me alone in triage for 2 hours...I almost died and I blame the ambulance service and the hospital. Neither took the event seriously, leaving me on the brink of a heart attack for hours."

"Distressing Experience with Rachel and David. My encounter with Rachel from social work and David, security badge number 47, was profoundly distressing. Rachel's decisions, driven by a lack of knowledge about the patient, left my loved one traumatized. Her actions not only impacted the patient but also cast a shadow of concern over our entire family. In addition, David's insistent demands for me to leave four times within a minute in a very aggressive tone in front of my loved one added to the trauma, creating an unsettling atmosphere. The combined effects of Rachel and David's actions have left lasting emotional distress on both my loved one and our family, raising serious concerns about the impact of their conduct on the overall well-being of those in their care."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. If you are having a baby please do not go here!!! This place was only using my son to collect insurance money poor staffing... The staff are Inconsiderate And did not care about our thoughts and only made decisions on what they thought were best not asking the parent for any consent. And just went ahead and done what they wanted I would love to sue this hospital for Pumping morphine in an infant and sit and say that the infant was withdrawaling from something else instead of what they were putting in him... I am so glad he got transferred to Dayton Children's hospital"

"I brought my boyfriend here to be seen because he couldn’t stop throwing up, and the lady at the front desk was completely useless. She said he couldn’t have water until after his labs, and once they were finally done with the labs, she wouldn’t get him anything because she “didn’t want to make the doctors mad.” I emptied my cup and got him the water myself."
