"The employees deal with a lot at this location so I don't have any complaints there but twice in a row now I've been given half a burrito. Last time I ordered double protein and got half of one order. This time it's not even shaped like a burrito. Tried to get a hold of someone through the app and it blows you off. Usually I don't like leaving bad reviews but I spend too much money here to not say something."
"The workers put up with a lot and keep it going no matter what. I don't need a smile and I appreciate that I don't have to repeat myself and they're always refreshing the food that's empty in a quick manner without a delay in getting other orders out. Staff is very kind especially the woman on checkout today around 6pm. Only problem we had was the bathroom was locked until after you paid which sucks with kids in a super long line"
"Placed veggie order through Uber Eats, delivered non-veg or someone else order and the Guacamole was salty and was not able to eat it. Worst thing is didn’t send napkins / utensils. When tried to reach on phone not able to reach them. Worst experience on a evening to have dinner after a travel."
"Luckily whatever food they had to serve was good. I asked for a steak salad. No steak. Ok, how about a chicken salad? No lettuce. Basically threw together whatever they had left which was chicken and rice and it was pretty good. Asked for chips and salsa and the chips were cold and too salty. I get it that there are a lot of people that eat here, but a good manager would make sure they have enough food to serve."
