"Place is a money scam. My boyfriend was sentenced to 90 days here and a few days before he was getting out they told him he had to go to a different rehab in Lima 3 hours away from his job and kids. He gets there and sees the same people that run Phoenix there. There just trying to get money and keep charging insurance and say its a new place when its all run by the same ppl"
"They don’t help you. They use their positions as power and control each and every patient. They make the rules up as they go, if you do something they don’t like they take every piece of dignity you still have and make you start from scratch. The staff will act nice to your family while they treat the patients horribly. They know you come in with nothing and they have no plans or set programs to help you get anywhere once you get out, it’s a sketchy adult daycare at that, these men need help getting GED’s and license along with so much more and they don’t do anything but force religion upon them and make them relive the choices they made as if they don’t already they have done wrong hints why they’re there in the first place."

"If I could give this please a half start I would.. The rules are based off starts the behavior prison. They pass out cigs one by one. No one else can use your lighter. God knows if you get caught somking lol when you have no cigs you get trouble. Last I checked giving someone a cig isn't lending and barrowing. That's giving it away. Letting someone use a lighter is not lending and barrowing. Smh. They are so wrapped up on who is sharing what with this person and that person. I'm fr convinced they only care about control. Not the help you need. That place is insane. I would look else where and not go here!!"
