"I’ve been trying to call and set an appointment up for my daughter for the past year. For the last 4 months specifically, I’ve been leaving voicemails on the first Monday of the month. I have never received a call back."

I set an appointment 4 months out because they didn't have anything available....they call me 2 months later and cancel so I call back and reschedule 2 months later I get 2 phone calls an email and a text message the morning of confirming my appointment, I show up 15 mins early and the old lady at the reception desk takes forever to check me in like she has zero clue what she's doing and then proceeds to tell me they tried to call me yesterday to let me know they cancelled my appointment again. After taking off work. I pull my phone out and show her the email text message from this morning and the call log where they confirmed it twice 3 days before. I told her to forget it I wouldn't be back and to take me out of their system of this was how they were gonna do business I would go somewhere that knows how to properly do their job. This isn't the first time it has happened but will be the last. I do not recommend using mount orab dentistry. They used to be very good but now s lack the ability to do their jobs"

"Do not go here for prenatal care the nurses are great for the most part but Dr sherry Johnson is joke and is the worse Dr. I've gone here my entire life and now I've been dismissed as a patient because I refused to let her be my Dr thru my pregnancy even tho they have plenty of other locations that she's not at. I was moved to a different location by the nurses to avoid the situation, just to be dismissed after driving over an hr to that appointment. The new Dr was very nice and was willing to have me as a patient even with my differences with Dr Johnson but was still refused to take me on as a patient by there office manager because I refused to be seen by Dr Johnson."
