"Dr. Danko put a pain pump in my spine. I've been in pain since I was 10 years old without finding anything as helpful by itself. However, the fact that they lied about being willing to take over my gabapentin prescription resulted in me having to go through my GP for it, and it was reduced to 2/3rds of what it was before. They also apparently put an arbitrary limit on how high they will increase the pump, which they informed me (with a little prodding) is determined by the pain management facility, and is not a limit set by the DEA. Their arbitrary decisions which seem to have no goal other than to minimize their own liability at the expense of their patients are incredibly frustrating, and make me question how long-term a solution Premier actually is."
"Started her because my doctor retired, started with one doctor then got transferred to Paul because the previous doctor also retired. Love the doctors, however while checking in today I listen to the girl at the window complaining and using the “F” word because she wanted to go get her hair done and didn’t want to be at work. I understand not wanting to be at work but they need to be mindful that we can hear them in the lobby."
