"Cancelled appointment for my minor child greater than 48 hour prior to appointment via practice's secured message chat with therapist and also talked directly with office manager. Office manager stated I could not just cancel the appointment but had to reschedule directly with the therapist. The therapist was on vacation and would not return until less than 48 hours before the previously scheduled appointment. The office manager was extremely rude and demanding stating I had no other option and had to reschedule with the therapist. At this point it was obvious that the practice was no longer appropriate for us to continue a relationship with and both the office manager and therapist were notified. The practice charged my card on file a cancellation fee despite cancelling the appointment greater than 48 hours prior to the appointment and my child no longer being a client of the practice."

"I have enjoyed having Alyssa Eichhorn to call friend for the last decade. I’ve watched her work hard on her education, as well as her career, and put her best foot forward into every aspect of life. She’s always challenging herself to be a better person which I admire. I am astounded by her unique self expression consistently-based in integrity and self improvement. She’s a woman who knows perseverance with an insight that never waivers. Alyssa would be an asset and more to any endeavor she puts her focus on and any client she might work with."

"I have known Jenny for several years and she is easily one of the best people I know. She’s kind, understanding, and encouraging. Jenny has the kind of personality that allows you to feel comfortable, even if you don’t know her well. She’s a passionate and knowledgeable person, who loves what she does. Cannot recommend her & her practice enough."
