"Always a terrible experience. My order is never right! It’s a very simple order; a steak burrito and a chicken bowl. Once the order was switched; once the order was someone’s else’s; and tonight the order was as completely wrong and cold. Would not recommend"
"Taylor and the other young lady who made our food had horrible customer service! Taylor had an attitude bc her coverage was late and “she had a 5p appointment” so that meant she couldn’t provide her customer with what they needed. The other young lady got mad bc she was making food with gloves on then wipes the counter with the same glove and then thought she was about to make our food. So bc she was asked to change her gloves (To avoid the spread of bacteria from her gloves to my food) she neglected to provide customer service as well. My wife wanted onions and peppers on her bowl and they told her they didn’t have any more.. at 4 in the afternoon. They just didn’t want to work. Never going back thank god. Just passing thru for a funeral."
"So I today found out that you guys are really mean to your animals and that you use polar bears for your juices, especially lemonade. And the rice being made out of cow is so mean like we are being so mean here. Also, the quesadilla shell being made out of tortious is so weird like let them keep their shell whattt but hopefully you guys do better :)"
"They used to be one of our favorite places but lately quality all-over has gone downhill. One day, no lettuce, or no pinto beans for example. At more than one location the prep area looked like it hadn't been, at the minimum, wiped down with a damp rag in quite awhile."
"This used to be our favorite Chipotle in Columbus area with best service and food, but it was gone so far downhill in the past 6 months. Service is awful and rude. Recently went to order a bag of chips and queso, and they told me to wait 15 minutes to fry more. I waited, they fried pans and then told me they were only for online orders, and if I wanted chips it would be an hour wait??? Restaurant was also disgusting with spilled food all over the service line."
