"I was turned off by the heavy metal music. Google Maps said this is a Mexican restaurant so I was expecting Spanish music being played. I was quite bothered by that. So that's my only criticism. The food is pretty good and it came fast. We ordered burrito bowls and the food came within 5 minutes. The vegetables were fresh, and the chicken was well done and seasoned properly. The side bowl of potatoes were freshly made and hot, it was good too. Other than the music, I enjoyed the food and the quick service here."
"This is one of our go-to takeout joints. When we pick our food for dinner on weekends, it's always crowded--inside and out. Food is very good. We particularly enjoy a variety of tacos served here. Once in a while there might be a mix-up or two on your orders especially when you order a lot, so you must be vigilant about your order."
"Our waitress Alexis E was super friendly and helpful. It was our first visit to Local Cantina we did enjoy the atmosphere and service but the food was lacking for the price. The tacos had little meat in them I ordered the Buffalo mac and cheese with the birria the taste was great but lacking meat. Parking is limited also, I would say if their parking is filled so is the restaurant at least on the days they don't have the patio open. Side note, they have a surcharge on credit card use."
