I waited 10 minutes and a younger man and woman walked by and to the reception desk but did not greet me, instead looked me in the face, expressionless then proceeded to blow their nose. I ended up waiting 35 minutes (30 minutes past my appointment time) and just left because I did not feel comfortable or safe."
