"An example of their unprofessional, and hypocritical conduct - they expect if a client has to cancel and reschedule an appointment due to work schedule, the client to pays a $30 fee which is fair. However, they cancel a clients appointment WITHOUT NOTICE and wont pay for their garbage treatmemt of people. Further, their main waiting room is an outright hazard - the carpet is buckling/wavey and someone with a walker, or mobility issues is bound to have a bad fall due to its condition. Avoid these CLOWNS like the plauge."
"I finally did my court ordered drug & alcohol assessment yesterday. I've been on the fence since the merge. But I now have a personal experience with them, & it was wasn't good. The old MCRC really cared about the clients. TCN, it's all about the money. Everyone is just a $$$, & the reality of that breaks my heart. I tried to talk to the dude doing my assessment, but he could've cared less. I'm mad & sad at the same time."
