"I have MS and a long history of chronic joint problems. I had an evaluation done here for therapy regarding a problem with my right arm swelling up hugely. The office staff was hard to communicate with. The therapist I saw demonstrated a remarkable amount of callus indifference coupled with arrogant incompetence that let me much worse of than I went in. The facility was crowded and chaotic. The therapist conducting the eval ignored my objections, continued with his aggressive, physical evaluation. I had to tell him several times that the belt massager he'd hooked me up to was causing me a lot of pain. He poopooed me like a child when I told him that his exam was making my arm start to swell back up. So I left, in a lot more pain than when I went in and the next day my arm was debilitatingly swollen and I ended up back at the doctor."
