"The Dr here is absolutely amazing! He is compassionate, pays attention to detail and has great bed side manner. The office staff and nurses are also great! I went there in pretty rough shape having an allergic reaction after a total knee replacement and the care was outstanding - even got a follow up call from the doctor checking in. My family has also been here for strep tests/ear aches when we couldn’t get into our primary and the care has always been consistent and kind. Thankful to have Monroe Urgent Care so close to home!"

"I am not a hospital or go see a doctor person. My Grandpa used to say if there is nothing wrong with you, go see a doctor, there is now. I didn't go see anyone 10 months ago when I broke my wrist. Just put it in a temporary cast thing for $7.99 and went on with life. I wish I had gone to see Monroe Urgent Care then. I'm trying to pick one way to describe them, and it is not possible. After being sick for 2 weeks, I went and saw them yesterday. They were understanding, compassionate, professional, helpful, and honest. I had a lot of anxiety walking in, and I'm sure my blood pressure was off the charts. By the time they took it, it was normal and actually less than normal since I usually run high. I felt comfortable and relaxed, nonjudged. The receptionist was fantastic, knowledgeable, and honest. The doctor, wow, he listened, and I'm sure he had questions, but he stayed focused on my current issue. I hadn't slept more than 3 hrs a night in 2 weeks. Last night, I slept 8 hrs straight. I know you folks aren't going to be my primary physician, but I am never going to tough out an injury again. I have tried to express my gratitude sufficiently. Thank you."
