"Over 1 week and still waiting for prescriptions to be sent to the pharmacy that I was told was being done at time of office visit. No narcotics here, just some basic maintenance drugs you pick up a 90 day supply for a few bucks if that. Correct pharmacy information was verified at time of appointment. Went to pick up prescriptions on a Friday after my Tuesday appointment and was told prescriptions had not been sent at that time. No big deal sometimes mistakes happen. I then requested refills for the 2nd time via the online MyChart on Friday evening. On Monday afternoon 1 had been refilled and according to MyChart the other was pending. Today, day 7 of this fiasco I was told both had been sent last week yet MyChart showed this morning they had been now both had been sent. No explanation for why the information changed from yesterday to today. Of course Pharmacy still does not have other prescription and when calling the office for the 3rd time today I was told the request was put in but the Dr. is still seeing patients. Should not matter if you have already sent them as claimed. Advised I was a patient a week ago but apparently that does not matter. Nothing but deflection of blame for the issue. Add to this I do not appreciate getting numerous texts and phone calls to confirm appointment after I have already done so. Good Doctors here and for the most part staff as well but this place is in bad need of some office management who I requested to speak to but of course she was out of the office. It is a shame that good doctors and other professionals lose business because of bad office staff and never know why. I will be seeking a new GP immediately."

"Have gone to this medical firm for years and years and to the doctors before this building was established for them. I give a 5 star to this firm for all the doctors I have seen as well as nurses and all employees. Treated very special here. Since my doctor, Maurice Swanson who I had seen for decades retired I now see Dr Brandon Bell who picked up where Dr Swanson left off who is giving me excellent care. Again no less than 5 stars for all at the Monroe Medical Center."

"I have been going to this practice for many years. I have seen all the doctors at one time or another. I personally have only had one issue with one doctor. They are very caring doctors, and the girls up front are terrific."

"Not sure how I'm gonna like going to a new Dr. after having the same Dr.over 20 years but it feels wonderful to have a female Dr. After reading some of your reviews I'm wondering why as I think everyone was professional & friendly -even more professional than my last Dr.'s office as they had a volume of turnovers quite a bit .. However, I can say the Dr who I seen didn't ask any questions to myself to get to know me a little better since we are just meeting & she didn't get acquainted one on one with me. She just relied on my chart for all her questions as if I wasn't sitting there to talk to one on one- this place was recommended by my other Dr. & I respect their judgement so I'll give them an opportunity as I like having a female Dr. I believe they can relate more efficiently. I'll give a follow up soon.."

"I am very happy with the service that I receive here. Premiere went through a spell where they kept losing doctors and we had to keep changing doctors but that was some time ago. I'm very happy with doctor Epply and the entire staff..We usually get an appointment when we need it and don't sit in the waiting room that long when we get there."
