"I have used the ladies at HWB for the last 20 months. They have taken care of my dog well and follow instructions well. Their customer service is phenomenal. If I ever had an issue, they were open about resolving it. One time, they tracked snow into my kitchen. When I told them, they profusely apologized, refunded my fee for that day, and that has never happened again. They are flexible to my weird schedule and responsive to their texts. I live further away so they charge an extra $1 or so, but I don’t mind because I trust them with my dog."

They took fantastic care of him, visiting him twice daily to cuddle, play with him and take him out to potty.
