"It is a disappointment. The person we dealt with charged us extra without prior authorization for additional service. I would avoid this business. ==== Update: Re: same day appointment. Your website encouraged to reserve online. I went to your website and reserved the available time slot for the same day. Not sure why is it you make it sound that you're doing me a favor for a same day appointment. Typically, if there will additional charges, I expected a courtesy notice as opposed to charging me extra right at the time of checkout."

We have loved the grooming results each time, and can tell by the way he reacts to the staff that they treat him well. We go a little out of our way to go here, but we wouldn't go anywhere else at this point. :)"
