"She started off as my favorite doctor ever. She was the only doctor who would ever listen to me, and she even tied my tubes when I don’t have any kids. I really appreciate that she respected my autonomy. Ever since last fall, her scheduling has gotten horrible. The past 5+ appointments I’ve had have been cancelled the day before or the day of, even when I was very sick. They scheduled me for appointments without my consent multiple times when I had to work and basically said I just need to deal with it. If I behaved this way as a patient, I would be kicked out of the practice."
