"I came into this experience behaving like Matt Damon in Good Will Hunting as he goes to meet Robin Williams for the first time. Over the past year, I am learning to 'Go easy' on myself and sometimes others. Life can be hard sometimes, but today I am trying to channel my inner Matt Damon from We Bought a Zoo. Thanks to Tammy. We talk it out and I genuinely feel lifted in spirits when I leave. Even my kids notice the difference. If I miss a few appointments they can tell a difference in my lack of patience and overall ability to deal with people. :-)"
"Unethical and incredibly unprofessional. On my third week with my therapist, a different therapist that I had never met comes out and says my therapist has left and that she would be taking care of me. There was no option, there was no information on where my therapist was going or what was going on. I was thrown around like a rag doll and I felt abandoned and left feeling so much worse. This was against paper work I agreed to prior to my first session. Tammy clearly does not care about her clients in her office. I am really considering taking further legal action with this. I would think twice about going to talk it out counseling."

The environment is comfortable. She makes you feel like you're at home. She has been an angel in my life and I'm so thankful for her!
