"Dr. O'Neill is the absolute best! We looked forward to our appointments with her. We always came with a list of questions, and Dr. O'Neill answered them all directly and confidently. The staff was super friendly as well. Our appointments were always on time. The waiting room was peaceful and welcoming. They allow you to schedule all your appointments up front, so you can work them into your personal life. They answer the phone when you call (unlike Kids in the Sun down the hall). Dr. O'Neill was also on call for the delivery of our daughter, Charlotte. This is our first child, so we were extremely nervous. But Dr. O'Neill took her time and talked us through the entire process, which lasted about a day and a half. We could not be happier with her. I'd give her more than 5 stars if googled allowed it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"The receptionists here in the obgyn office are rude. I am seeing Dr haun for my pregnancy care and I don't want to go back due to how rude they are. I don't know who I spoke to the first 2 times but I spoke to rachael today and she was just as bad. I can't deal with bad customer service and will have to find a new dr. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed."

"The staff at this location are very friendly. They will smile as they tell you that appointments are not honored. They will kindly instruct you to wait an hour, maybe two, because they only take appointments as a formality. Of course, they will not tell you this over the phone. They will make you schedule an appointment months out in advance, even with an ER doctor's recommendation. All for show of course. Because when you get to the building on time the day of, with all forms properly filled out, they will alert you to the harsh reality that they actually don't honor anything that they set up in advance. They take anybody, any emergency, any walk in, and never turn patients away. Admirable. So, if you plan to frequent this office, do yourself a favor and just walk in without an appointment on your day off and clear your schedule of anything else. It will be more efficient than scheduling a time to see the doctor in advance and then having to miss the appointment because you cannot spend your day in the waiting room. If you follow this advice, you will be fine. Just don't waste your time with any of the appointment nonsense. Their office will not honor your time or patience. When asked why they made me wait months to schedule an appointment that they were not going to honor, they had no response except a shrug and a "you're welcome to take a seat and wait or you may leave". Again, very kind and polite, although ill informed and unknowledgeable. This office is simply inefficient. While it is nice that they do not turn patients away, it would have been nice to be told that over the phone when I called to make an appointment. They disrespected my time and were not honest about their policies. If you do not look for respect and honesty in your Women's Health Doctor, then this place is for you."
