"I was diagnosed with PCOS at age 22 by Dr Smith. Before my previous OBGYN just told me painful periods were normal. Take birth control and be done with it. Dr Smith strives to meet my goals of holistic diet, exercise and life style modifications for management of my disorders of androgen hormones. I've had my hormones tested, ultrasounds to see why I am in pain, and emotional support. She is kind and gentle and really focuses on which birth control is right for the individual. More importantly at diagnosis we went over my personal and professional goals as conception would be difficult. I've know since age 22 I would likely have infertility issues. At age 34 I have been able to achieve my professional and personal goals, and feel comfortable knowing I can always foster as conception and ovulation are unlikely. She is one of a kind!"
