"Starting with the positives, the rooms were decent. Relatively clean, fresh linens and new toiletries. Only issue was the dishes. Now with the negatives, the staff were really rude. They were very accusatory and tried to scam us. The breakfast was horrible, but the worst of all was the pool. You need to immediately wash your swimsuit and yourself after getting out. The water was murky and green and the pool room smelled horrible. It was filled with all kinds of bacteria and hadn't been cleaned in ages. Overall, I would avoid this place. There are nicer, cleaner places for a similar price in the general vicinity."

"Good - The staff was friendly and the room was spacious. Bad - The decor was not up to the mark. The water flow in the shower was slow. The furniture looked old and quality seem poor. Worst - Drywall chipped, dust on the floor, loose peep hole. This hotel is not worth the price."

"The hotel is in need of many updates. The rooms are a nice size and have everything you need for a 1 night stay or extended. But are in need of repairs and updates to furniture. Our double queen accessibility room bathroom was not cleaned as it should have been. Soap from previous renter was left in shower and on sink. The shower had signs of mold and rust. Shower heads need to be replaced. There were stains in the carpet and on the walls. Bed pillows were not supportive, but the bed itself was ok. The breakfast area was nice and clean. But the food was not good. If you had to eat right before a flight, it would do, but not something you would like daily. Most of it wasn't cooked fully and was cold. Hotel has a nice indoor pool and outside patio with grills and a basketball hoop. The gym looks as though it's not being cleaned on the regular. And there was a leak from the ceiling in the hallway. I've seen worse so for the money not a bad place to stay as the workers are very nice and the location is good."

"The handicap accessible rooms are not so accessible. The entrance opens in to a wall. The bathroom door opens into the room closet. A wheelchair doesn't have a prayer of getting into the bathroom without help. You would have to go through the entrance door and turn around in the hallway and come back into the room to get into the bathroom. The closet has no light source. We were surprised that the room had a mini refrigerator and a microwave oven. The bed was quite comfortable. The instructions on the door said that there was maid service every day but that turned out to be not true. The breakfast main course changed every morning. I didn't have time to swim, but I did see the pool area. A small pool with lots of towels; plus a good sized exercise room on the other side of the hallway. This hotel would not be our first choice for a return trip."

"This stay at this hotel really tested how sleep deprived I could be before fatigue set in..... In a very bad way. I checked in very late because my flight did not get in until 11:00 p.m. I was very exhausted and I stated that to the young lady who checked me in and she proceeded to give me a room directly next to an equipment room which made horrendously loud noise at random times throughout the day and night. As a result on my first two nights there I got very little to no sleep. Since it was business and I had to get up for work I did not complain I just pushed forward. By my fourth night there I was very exhausted to the point where I literally passed out while cooking. The young man who was at the desk at the time came to check up on me and I am very grateful because I was so sleep deprived that once I passed out, because I have Lupus I was in a very heavy sleep in which I could not hear very well and I smelt nothing. It was a very important lesson on fatigue for me and also I would like to give a warning to anyone who stays at this hotel if you do not like loud noises or if loud banging noises will wake you up do not stay in room 117......the mechanic room or electric room or whatever it is, is directly next to the bed in that room. So when the machine is operating there is loud banging and grinding noises that are right at the headboard. I was so exhausted from working 10 hours a day and then coming back to that hotel room and trying to sleep. I thought I could sleep through the noise but sometimes the banging would be so loud and shocking it will catch you off-guard and wake you up immediately. The rest of the staff was amazing very wonderful nice I wish the young lady who was checking me in would have been more thoughtful and paid attention to me when I said that I was exhausted from spending the entire day and night at the airport and that I have to be up at 6:00 a.m. for work. I would have expected her to put me in a quieter area especially since I had no preference on what floor I was willing to stay. it was a nice day but it could have been much much better."
