"Rooms were clean, hallways smelled of marijuana but luckily didn't seep into the room. Good location for walking to get a meal. I would return."

"Great customer service has become elusive. Yet, I have found it, at the Hampton Inn Solon. I travel to Cleveland, Ohio monthly to visit my mother. While driving to the hotel, I received a text message from Dale the Manager of the Hampton Inn Solon. The text message welcomed me to the hotel and asked if I found the room to be to my liking. The text was a nice surprise and I thought it was a fluke. Yet, I have stayed at this hotel on three occasions each time I received a similar text. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the manager. The front desk staff was welcoming and eager to assist me with checking in. The room was clean. Every employee was courteous. I recommend the Hampton Inn Solon without reservation."

"The area is exceptionally quiet with ample parking spaces. The room is well-equipped with everything you might need. The only issue was the shower's water pressure, but it seems like an easy fix. Additionally, breakfast was enjoyable!"

"Tracey is amazing. She's the person running the breakfast, and she takes alot of care into providing such a high quality breakfast. It's the normal that Hampton Inn's have, but prepared WELL. I usually go out for breakfast and skip the free one at the hotel. Not here. Very very thankful! I wish corporate would look at Tracey's service, and note that it should be the shining example to all other Hampton Inn's on stellar service. Thank you Tracey!!"

"This was our third time we have stayed at this Hampton Inn and we have always been pleased! The location is great- just minutes off of the freeway- and there is so much nearby. The hotel staff is very accommodating and polite. Breakfast is outstanding as well. Front desk- Michelle- saw that I was using a cane this time and out us in a room on the first floor with handicap specifications. Thank you for having a great place to stay while visiting the area!"
