"While we don't always purchase pet supplies here, we do have our senior dog (17yrs old) groomed regularly. I can't say enough about the grooming staff and how well they treat our old man. They are absolutely wonderful and do a fantastic job, EVERY time we bring him in. We definitely feel as though they treat him as if he was their own, so we have no issues or concerns bringing him in to be groomed nor recommending their grooming services to others. As far as the store, there is quite the variety of products at reasonable (and consistent) prices. There are a few items we tend to purchase at this location, rather than having those shipped via e-commerce or buying at other stores in the area."

"I placed an online order. I was contacted and told that they did not have an item in stock that the website said was in stock. At the store, I asked for a receipt to show that I would not be charged what the website said I would be charge. They said they couldn't give me a paper receipt. The managers were pretty condescending towards me through my questions and not understanding at all. (One of them seemed pretty annoyed to be drawn away from her cell phone call.) And I used a coupon with the transaction, after which, because my transaction total was not high enough with the missing item, I received no discount. They assured me the coupon could be used again. I just tried to use it again, and it won't let me. I try to support local businesses, but next time, I will just order from Amazon or Target."
