"I couldn't even get past the phone call. I called in to schedule a new appointment. The receptionist told me that I have to be 8 to 10 weeks pregnant to be seen. I told her I need to be seen sooner due to the fact that I have been spotting and cramping. She transferred me to the nurse line and I left a message. The nurse called me back and was very un professional. First, she tried to accuse me of stating I was spotting and cramping to get an earlier appointment. I told her no I just wanted to be seen because I do not want to miscarry. I was shocked by this and her whole tone made me feel like I should be ashamed for calling to check on my pregnancy. I will not be going here very rude service."
