When I thanked her for listening instead of blowing me off like other doctors who are in a rush to get you in & out, She looked at me & said, "Of course, that's my job. To listen & address your concerns so I can help you by making a diagnosis to treat you appropriately or rule out other issues." I'm 39 & had been having issues with my periods that kept getting dismissed until she helped me. Other doctors acted like I was a crybaby hypochondriac. "Had to cancel an appointment due to Covid related symptoms. Tried to call multiple times before my very early appointment but kept getting put on hold by TriHealth. Tried to reschedule. Came in with all my filled out paperwork and was told I was not allowed to be a patient because I had to cancel my original appointment. I assumed no one would want me to come since I was experiencing Covid related symptoms."
