"this office has been an absolute disaster ever since Tina left. No one told me I was due to come in for an annual exam- which they always used to do. They refuse to fill my important prescription until I come in, however i have already been out of it for almost a week!! I don’t have time to come in for an appointment on such short notice- they wouldn’t even give me a 30 day supply to hold me over, which is what the pharmacy suggested. my pharmacy kept calling them and asking why it wasn’t refilled yet when they put in the request days ago. Seven hills didn’t communicate anything or tell me why they refused the refil until this morning when I finally called them myself to ask for it. my prescription is not a controlled substance, there is absolutely NO reason for them to deny a woman with PPD her anti depressant. The staff have awful attitudes and are not helpful at all. I will never be using them again to deliver my babies."

"I switched to seven hills during my first pregnancy when I began to spot. After leaving multiple voicemails with my previous OB, and breaking down at work, a coworker suggested seven hills. I called them and, even though I wasn't a patient, they took the time to listen and even squeezed me in for an appointment the next morning. It turned out I was in the middle of a miscarriage. The staff provided so much emotional support. Since then, seven hills has been my OB, despite the 35 min drive. I have never felt rushed during an appointment, Dr A is knowledgeable and patient, and the office staff has been nothing but friendly. I highly recommend this practice!"
