"I recently took my son here to get his 7th grade vaccine While I was there the dr. Ask us a series of questions they say were standard My only concern is why do they need to know if I own guns and where I keep them. Seemed sketchy so I will not take my kids here no more"
"Even though they have a whole section for Multiple Sclerosis and pregnancy on their website I was coldly informed that they do not treat pregnant patients. I had a really bad relapse in February 2023 and that's how I found out I was expecting. I relocated from Florida to find better specialists to help my situation. When I read over their website I was super hopeful that they could help me. I am scared to death that I will lose my ability to walk after giving child birth and they just wasted a couple of weeks of my time and depleting energy just to deny me any help. Onto the next non caring neurologist in the Cincinnati and Hamilton area."
"Most anytime you call here, you will be going to voicemail. This is the 4th time between my wife and myself that one of us had to leave a message (they do not appear to answer phones on Fridays), about an urgent matter, never to receive a return call or any action well into the next week."
"Dr. Mathieu is the most caring Dr. We have ever had. She takes time to explain everything, even stuff other Dr's made no sense explaining to us. She don't sugar coat, she is straight to the point and is completely honest. She even answers those embarrassing female questions and even warned me about possible health risks to watch out for. So happy to finally have the Dr I have always needed."
"I have Dr. Erica Mathieu and she is absolutely amazing and always does anything and everything she can. She actually sits and listens and talks to you about your issues and and she goes over what she believes is best. I honestly have never found a dr that is like Dr. Mathieu. I highly recommend this doctor and the others at this facility."
