"Had my first official appointment today with Dr. Charles-Beery. I am super stoked to have her as my OB/GYN. Very attentive to her patients and any questions that may arise. Also equally as excited as us to see our baby when she provided an ultrasound for us. Couldn’t ask for a better first time experience!"

"I have gone to this doctors office for years. Had my first 2 kids with Doctor Charles. I love the doctor but the receptionist she has now is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I had an appointment canceled due to the doctor going to delivery. I’m supposed to meet my doctor between 10-12 weeks. I’m already at week 12 and haven’t seen her. I called last week and the receptionist at first said she couldn’t get me in til May. When i explained this was a pregnancy appt with the doctor, she then said she can only get me in for an appt that was the same time as my youngest daughters IEP meeting that Thursday. I couldn’t, this meeting was scheduled over a month ago. She told me she’d talk to the doctor and call me back. I waited a week (7days) and never heard anything so i called back. I got the same receptionist. This time i asked if they could schedule the blood work for gender as well. She mentioned there wasn’t anything til May 8. I asked if i could just come the following week like the May 13, she said there were openings but wants me in before. She put me on hold and checks with the doctor. She tells me there’s an appt for tomorrow April 12. I told her i could not get that approved off work. And maybe just schedule me for the bloodwork at least while i get worked in for the doctor. She had the nerve to tell me i need to be flexible for my doctor.. lady, it’s been me making all the attempts to schedule this appt that i never even canceled. The doctor canceled it. The receptionist expected me to call off work unexcused because there was only one opening the very next day that i cannot get approved time off for. Since i couldn’t, she said she’d have someone check with the doctor and call back. The doctors office is now closed. I still haven’t had a call back. I would suggest to find a new receptionist that actually makes call backs. Or at least is willing to schedule appointments. I could’ve scheduled May 13 but she refused to do it for me. I hope i was specific enough. Don’t recommend"
