"It was a disastrous experience. #1 I was charged $35 early checkin fee for checking in post noon. #2 For the additional charges on my credit card they’re not willing to provide me detailed receipt and say I need to reach out to the travel agency. It doesn’t make sense, they took my credit card and charged additional $30 and not willing to provide me details or detailed receipt"

"I held a small meeting (25) at the Hyatt in June 2022. Hotel is very nice, clean and updated, and the service was excellent. Nine months after my meeting I got an email out of the blue from the sales manager. They noticed that the World of Hyatt points from the meeting hadn't been assigned to an account and wanted to make sure I got my points. I had forgotten about it so it was a welcome email. Anyone who is proactive about doing the right thing deserves your business."

"Good experience nice friendly staff. Got the extra bath towels, coffee for the room assistance with TV everything requested very fast and with positive friendly demeanor. Did not like the cost and inconvenience of parking. Depending upon when you park valet runs from $16.50 to $39 for overnight. You use parking go out and upon return different hour so higher rate. Same in self parking across the road in the deck first walking had better not be an issue for you. Then rates went from $2 went out returned rates went up to $18.50 said $20 12-18 hours overnight but charged me $17.50. The $38 parking was not at all expected. Didn't eat there but believe breakfast would have been at a cost. Refrigerator but no microwave and TV has very limited free channels with poor options."

"Great service with a very central location to all businesses in the area. The room I had was missing the couch, likely being replaced from guest damage. Other than that best place to stay in downtown Cincinnati compared to other brands I usually stay with this Hyatt is great! Love the market grab and go options like a decent deli, hot fresh items. Was looking for almond milk and they were out but the associate helping me provide some from the barista stash. Much appreciated! Restaurant has good food and I sit at the bar when I travel, more socially convenient. Thanks to the great bar staff!"

"Second time being at a Hyatt regency. Always very nice. Not one to complain since these aren't really issues in my opinion, but the bathroom door lock was busted and had a large screw hanging out of the bathroom side of the door. The door would not lock or stay shut. Not really a big deal but odd. The trash can didn't have a bag in it, and the complementary water my wife wanted wasn't in our room. We had to request it at the front desk. Aside from that, staff was excellent, the room was clean, not even a spec of dust. The TV only had 4 channels, all were antenna broadcast locals. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were decent and the breakfast, though a little expensive was really good. The roll up blueberry pancakes were too good. Will stay again"
