"Staff are top-notch. Rooms are very clean and very comfortable with nice fixtures and smart TVs. There are plenty of outlets. I got a fitness room, and it had everything I needed in terms of equipment."

"Very clean, recently remodeled. Staff was super nice. We did not use the restaurant but did have a few drinks at the bar. The bartender (it was a Sunday night) was super nice and friendly and my wife had a very pleasant conversation with her while I watched Sunday night football!"

"We checked in and the computers weren’t working to capture my CC info - the manager said not a big deal because it’s just used to make sure people aren’t trying to get a free stay. He checked our reservation multiple times so should have been very aware of our rate AND the prepaid breakfast. See below why this detail is important. Got to our room and there was no hand soap and were told “housekeeping ran out” but we could use body wash if we came to the front desk to pick up since there was no one else working, Went to take a shower and discovered dead flies washed into the bath mat. Again had to exchange at the front desk ourselves and were told “ew” and handed a new bathmat with no apology, The drain in the shower wouldn’t open leaving standing water. When I called to request maintenance I was told “I was probably doing it wrong and to try again.” At this point I pressed for a new room. Manager said he wasn’t sure he could do that, I pressed again and they moved us to 320. Had to go down to the front desk- again - get new keys and opened the door to find dead flies covering the desk. Took a picture and immediately left the room and returned to the front desk. Told the manager and he (Scottie) said “dead flies??” To which I showed him the picture and he said “are you sure those are flies?” I requested a third new room. Scottie moved us to 303 and then said “someone is about to get cussed out because that reflects poorly on me.” NO hotel manager should be speaking to guests in that manner. Scottie then offered us “free” breakfast in the morning. Adding insult to injury because we had already PREPAID for breakfast with our reservation- which Scottie SHOULD HAVE known had he paid any attention to our reservation at check-in. Got to new room and found no bath mat or washcloths. Didn’t even bother to call to the front desk as I wasn’t making a fourth trip down to retrieve items that should have been in my room. In the morning when I went to speak to the manager about our issues he (Radha) repeatedly told me “we will compensate you for your room, ma’am TRUST US, we will take care of you.” To which I get an email with our BILL later that day and it was deducted $40 TOTAL for our stay. How embarrassing for your entire brand. Absolutely embarrassing and I will be sharing this experience across multiple trip sites to be sure no one else is fooled into thinking this will be a CLEAN, organized, professional establishment based on website pictures - which is exactly why I fell for booking at this location in the first place."

"Double Tree Dublin exceeded my expectations! For the price, I feel breakfast should have been included, or offered at a discounted rate other than $17, however breakfast was very good. My only other complaint were the beds. I know it's preference but I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and these beds were surprisingly firm. I really struggled to sleep. The atmosphere was professional which is good for businesses & conferences. Very friendly staff. Good pool area and fitness room."

"Hotel has been nicely remodeled. The front desk is very nice. The issue: when I arrived for my reservation. I was told they were sold out! How can that be when my reservation is a month old! After waiting 10 mins, the front desk got me a room ( he was very nice) but having to go through that at 11:15 at night when you've traveled all day, not good. Also, I'm totally used to hotels not changing the sheets daily but for the 3 days I was there, towels not refreshed or taken from the room, literally there was no housekeeping staff that entered my room. Is this the new normal now?"
