"I moved to Dublin 2 years ago and landed at Riverside as the new vet for my two pups. They always address them by name as soon as we walk in the door, show the upmost compassion, are extremely knowledgeable and have fantastic customer service. I also appreciate that I have absolutely always been able to get them in to be seen when illness happens vs. being told they're too busy to squeeze us in which I often encountered at our old vet. Very thankful to have such an amazing facility so close to me that makes me feel like they love my boys as much as I do!"

"My dog has been going there for years and I must say that every interaction and visit has been amazing. They are without a doubt the friendliest and most caring staff I’ve ever encountered. Dr Chen provided care recently and it was remarkable. She was so caring and sweet to my sick dog. She got on the floor with him, brought water and food and tried to get him to eat- when he wouldn’t eat she left the room to warm up the food to try to entice him more. I’ve never encountered a Veterinarian that committed and caring. Dr Chen made decisions that helped heal my dog when I thought we were going to lose him. I need to give a big thanks to Dr Chen and the other staff members Amanda, Kelly, Callie, and Lindsey for providing such great care. Thank you all!"
