"I just want to say that I have stayed at Sonesta for along time and their housekeeping staff are so hospitable and kind and welcoming. Their front office staff is great too. The front office manager, Marcus, always helps me with everything. He is so professional and knowledgeable which makes him so helpful whenever I have any questions or concerns. He solves it immediately and is also so welcoming, hospitable and kind. He seems like a great leader to the other staff as well and well liked. Marcus and the housekeepers are definitely valuable assets. Would highly recommend!"
"If I could give this place zero stars I would. I only came here out of inconvenience but something always goes wrong. They never have enough help or enough housekeepers and the guests suffer because of it.One of the housekeepers even told me I would have to clean their sheets with my own money. They also lie and say that the rooms will be cleaned biweekly when it’s really practically almost monthly. I can’t wait to leave. I hate this place."
"Very spacious rooms. Bigger than apartments I've had. Nice neighborhood. A bit turned off that I was hired there and I emailed the manager my info, per her request and she never responded or returned calls."
"Scam reviews, this place is cheap for a reason. Nice area and property, but the staff act like a gang because they live on site. You can be easily targeted if you have an issue with one of them. It is not maintained and is basically is Dublins mini-ghetto. P.s. there is no working pool and no breakfast so don't be fooled. Spend the extra money on doubletree."
"The location of this hotel is great. There’s lots nearby and it’s close to the highway. Unfortunately, that’s the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. My room did not have a couch or a chair at the desk. For seating, there was one chair at the table and one small stool. There were live ants on the nightstand. I did not have any food on the nightstand and didn’t see any around to attract ants, but there were lots that showed up every night. There were other bugs in the room. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling above the toilet. I didn’t notice this until late the last night I was there. The lobby was closed from 10pm to 8am. I’m not sure how you would get help or check in if you arrived between those hours. The pool was closed when I was there (mid august, 2023). There was not any cookware or silverware in the cabinets/drawers. I do not recommend staying here."
