"1st. Had to do dirty dishes and silverware that had dried food on them. Then we had to go to the desk for 2nd set of towels and sheets. Soap dispensers in the showers were empty, again we had to go to the front desk and they gave us a key to open the dispensers and fill them ourselves. Work out room smelled like a men’s locker room that hadn’t been cleaned for month or more.Never came to clean the room our stay. Breakfeast in the morning mediocre at best. Adding insult to injury they charge $7.00 a day to park in an untended lot. This location doesn’t deserve to be a Marriott ."
"We stayed on 12/29 at Residence inn by Marriott Dublin oh. We arrived early and were given room 405. Overall the room was ok, but the heating system was horrible. It was so very very noisy, we tried turning it off but still it would make so much noise, we just couldn’t sleep with all that noise, eventually we called front desk at around 2am, and they moved us to another room which was so much quieter . Ruined our stay , but do appreciate moving us to another room!"
"The WiFi is "free" except you only get about 20mbps. Which to today's standards is absolutely unusable. You can upgrade and spend $5 a day for fast internet. I paid close to $200 for a room, I should be able to get usable free Internet. Absolutely unexcusable. What once was a good hotel for a good price has become a greedy corporation just like the rest."
"David at the front desk....HES TOP NOTCH AMAZING. Checked in a day early, he showed us that Kroger was literally behind them in walking distance. Wanted to leave flowers for my mother in law he was great about it. Always had a smile on his face. David took my sister in laws flowers to her room for me. We were there for a wedding so he made it hands down GREAT! The woman at the front desk in the mornings with long dark hair absolutely so sweet. Highly recommend this hotel to ANYONE. Only issues we would say is hearing the trucks loading their trucks early in the mornings. I did find candy wrappers in a cabinet above the fridge, wrappers under the bed. A dirty tissue box in the bathroom, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher from the person before us. But other than that everything was amazing!"
"Place is absolutely amazing!! Stay here anytime we are in Columbus!! Rooms are huge with full fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher! Tried another hotel with softball team and didnt make it 2 hours before we headed right back to our favorite Marriott!!"
