"This is NOT a pet-friendly hotel, although it is advertised as such. When you reserve your room you are asked for the number of adults and the number of children. Nowhere does it ask you about number of pets. When you arrive at the hotel with your pet you are informed that the “pet-friendly” fee is $150 even if you are only staying one night. Buried far down on the website is the Pet Policy which you don’t even scroll down to when reserving a room. VERY FRAUDULENT!! If you have a pet, choose a different hotel!"

"I would really love to be able to rate this hotel higher but unfortunately the service was a bit under par. The price for a pet is $150. One of the front desk clerks continued asking if we had signed the pet waiver. (We did this upon check in). This is our second stay in this hotel and we’re hoping for better service but that never happened. In addition the breakfast is very basic."

"Facility was clean and rooms were very spacious. This was my 50th stay at a Marriott property this year and Towneplace Suites are always nice. One thing that confused me was lack of lighted signs at night. Without GPS this location would have been difficult to see. No sign with lights coming from the main road and then nothing when we pulled around at the drop off/ check-in area. Also not a fan of putting the TVs on the side wall vs on the wall closest to the foot of the bed. There was a huge open wall and not using it for the TV is confusing. Exercise room was well kept and open. Pool looked nice also. Definitely a good stop just follow Google maps to find it. (Pictures show no signage)."

"Last time I came here my fiance and I did not enjoy our stay. The General manager reached out and convinced me to give them another chance. I'm glad I did. All staff was friendly this time. I wasn't expecting them to go above and beyond as much as they did. Food was excellent again.Rooms were clean and surprisingly housekeeping came up without having to request it. The heated pool was nice. Also, the location was great being so close to the zoo. I want to thank the staff and mostly the general manager who made our stay feel welcomed. I will absolutely stay at this hotel when we visit again:)"

"We booked this hotel for our wedding, specifically looking for a big room block and space to get ready in the morning and hang out in the evening. When we first met the manager Salma, we knew right away she was going to make this part of planning a wedding easy for us! She is so helpful, adapting to any changes or needs we had, and she is so kind and friendly too. She went out of her way so many times to ensure the hotel was perfect for our stay and for our family and friends. I couldn’t have been happier choosing this hotel for our wedding!"
