"I've been to this clinic twice for my genetal OBGYN visits in the past couple months. I have always received great care. The staff is understanding and compassionate. They are quick to greet me, take vitals, and have me seen by my doctor. I never have to wait to see a receptionist, both times I waited less than 10 minutes before being taken to the exam room. I'm usually very anxious about going to the doctor's, but they've made the visits easier. They explain things well and give a clear plan of how my next visit will go and what to expect. I'm very glad to have found this clinic."

"Like many comments have echoed, expect to wait an hour or longer at appointments. Every doctor tells you different things and there is absolutely no consistency to your care. The Nurse practitioners are awful. I have history of Bulimia and in order to protect my recovery I ask not to know about my weight or weight gain. Today the NP dropped it on me and it’s been an extremely triggering and emotional day, this is after waiting an hour and finally being told the doctor isn’t even present but I’m surgery. This is not a safe, caring place for woman. Seek other options."

"My first appointment was pushed back by almost 2 weeks. When i went in for labs i was turned away because i brought my 2 children with me. I don't have child care currently. I was told i couldn't be seen as their policy is no children can be with you. This is really a barrier to my prenatal care. I'm sure I'm not the only person to encounter this issue. After calling around i ended up switching to Central Ohio where i am able to bring my children with me. I understand the covid concern but prompt prenatal care is also extremely important. We wear masks and follow the rules but this office should not refuse to see patients that don't have child care available. Just another barrier to preventive care."

"I saw Dr. Koffler for the duration of my pregnancy and she was wonderful! She has a really calm demeanor that makes you feel very relaxed during appointments (which is important when you find out your expecting your first child during a global pandemic), and is always able to answer questions. When I was sent in for my induction she explained to me exactly what would happen before I left her office, which made me feel much less anxious. Dr. Gupta delivered my daughter and was who I saw for my 6 week post-natal appointment. She is so friendly and upbeat. I would definitely recommend either of these drs for women looking for an OB or just a regular gyno."

"I had a great experience with this office throughout my pregnancy and postpartum care. I worked primarily with Dr. Benjamin Winifree. He was consistently professional and appropriately direct. He incorporated me and my husband in decision making regarding birth and delivery. We really liked him! However, we also were treated great by other providers. You get a team of doctors at this office but can be specific about who you prefer. I called the on-call number twice and was immediately connected with the on call physician. I delivered at Dublin Methodist which was phenomenal. We are moving out of area soon and I will truly miss these providers. I would recommend them!"
