"I am new to the area and my Dr had changed his practice, she was recommended highly. My first meeting and subsequent pre scheduled visits were very satisfactory however, trying to get a same day appointment is impossible. During our first consultation, I made it a point in bringing up how difficult my previous doctor was to see unless i made an appointment 2 months in advance. After all, who can predict a sudden illness or injury? She assured me seeing her would not be an issue as several appointments are available daily. I have tried daily to schedule an appointment the last 5 days after an ER visit. Everyday, i think Im feeling better then wake up with the same symtoms. I call early in the morning in an attempt to be seen to no avail. The staff suggests urgent care, which only puts a bandaid on the situation."
"First time meeting Michele NP and her staff. I was treated like a VIP loved it. Very relaxed and welcoming. Signage needs to be a bit better on the building. I was not sure until I reached the elevator if I was in the right place. Also tried to make an edit of the phone number in Google but was unable to change that parameter. Number should read 339- not 335 which is a number that has been disconnected."
