"I’m very unhappy with how my dog turned out… I checked his ears to make sure they were clean, it looked like it wasn’t even an attempt to clean his ears. Secondly I was highly disappointed with how he looked, he’s a miniature red poodle. He doesn’t even look like himself at all, or a poodle. I understand he was matted in some areas but I wish Clarisa communicated that he would have to get shaved very low all over, I just expected his face to look more shaved not his whole body. The downtown location didn’t give me a problem when I got my baby groomed there a few months ago, he was perfect! But this particular groomer I personally do not want to groom my dog ever again."
