"The store is nice but anytime I take my dog here to get groomed and she always acts so scared to the point where she pees in the lobby. I took her to a different petsmart grooming and she had no problem. Idk how they handle their animals getting groomed but if my dog is terrified to set into this store than it’s probably bad. (To note at the other petsmart we went to she had no issues Or accidents)"

"I had an excellent experience here. I almost never go to a pet store and had no idea what to do. I’ve never had a pet in my life and I promised my daughter to get her a fish tank and a fish for her birthday. So we watch some videos on YouTube and then we came to Petsmart to learn more about the whole process. The sales associate, her name was Parker, she was outstanding and super helpful and spent a lot of time with us and explained what type of fish would be good for us how much space they would need what kind of fish tank to buy and she helped us pick all the accessories as well. We are now at the point where we’ve set up everything and need to go back to Petsmart and test the water and then by the fish which is very exciting. I’m gonna make sure we go back when Parker is there so she can help us. Pic of our fish task attached :) not too shabby!"

"PetSmart whether I take my pups to groomer, shopping or boarding them when I go on vacation I Ali feel that they caring and very professional I definitely recommend them to all trust me your pups will be better for it."
