"Terrible experience. Was sold a product at the wrong price (50$ over priced)-recognized it immediately but store couldn't fix it. Not sure if incompetence or fraud but their recommendation was to call the credit card company to fix it. They wouldn't even return the item as they said it takes hours for the sale to show up in their system. I've never seen such incompetence from a major retailer."
"Made a smooth and easy return and realized hours later that one of my daughter’s toys was in the packaging box. Neisha (I think that was her name) took the time to track it down and find the toys for me. The toys had sentimental value so we are very grateful. Thank you for the great customer service!"
"Went on a Monday morning, (12/11)so it was not that crowded and I was able to walk right up to checkout. The store was well stocked for holiday time...but toys were already being bought out quickly! Clean store...nice layout!"
"My experience was fine until I lost my car fob and they had closed. There was one person who was so busy telling me the store was closed that she didn't stop to think there was a reason I was still there. A very nice gentleman was helping me look, and she gave him grief also. Thanks to the eagle eyes of the person at checkout, she saw the key in the dark. They also turn the light out in the lobby when they close. Very hospitable. NOT."
"Too crowded , not enough lines open, Self check out is a joke. Just hire real people self check out should be for 15 items or less. Overall the best time to ship is early morning, after that don't go."
