"Can't speak to their functionality as a travel agency from a lodging perspective, but I went in to get an International Drivers Permit (IDP) and the attendant that helped me was courteous and friendly, and made sure to ask for the location because there are two different categories for international permits. Place was clean and overall a good interaction ahead of a big trip."

"Walked in and the two ladies up front were very nonchalant like they weren’t even at work! Mono tone and one was eating soup in a bowl from home at the front desk. The other was an older lady with bad customer service and extremely slow. I only came in to pick up Amazon items! This took 20 minutes if not more. The older lady said “I cant let you take those until I have them counted for in the system”. This was after I waited at the desk for 20 minutes while she tried to scan things or punch numbers in. She never told me what was going on or sorry this is taking so long. I was legitimately confused at what was going on over Amazon returns! Then the lady eating her soup finished and decided to take over and was able to get me out in 5 minutes. Ridiculous! DO NOT PICK UP AMAZON ITEMS FROM HERE!!!!"
