"I have been a coach at RTC for several years now. I have seen the transformations of this place through the addition of specialty classes, continued access to the 24/7 room, more physical therapy options, a massage therapist and sauna (infrared) and cold tub. This place is cleaner and more organized than a traditional CrossFit gym, the barbells are maintained and cleaned through the year, the members are respectful, the gym is open almost ALL day and you see constantly varied and fun programming. Great community with great members."

"This is the cleanest, newest, most well equipped group fitness gym I’ve seen. The coaches are very knowledgeable and really do care that you are getting the most out of the experience while you are there. I’ve been out of the gym since about 2020 but after going to RTC fitness for the last 30 days, I am happy to report that I have lost about 10 pounds, Apple Watch is telling me a drop in resting heart rate by 11 points and I feel so much better.
