"Parking lot is more like a bomb testing area with all the potholes handicap parking doesn't exist its there for the ignorance of lazy people the line to get in files thru a single turnstile gate bleacher seats very limited and extremely unorganized 10 courts and not even the director of operations could tell us what number the courts are to say it is extremely disorganized is an understatement"

"Rundown mess of a complex. The parking is horrific. The conditions of the lot are worse. The inside is filthy if you can make it through the tiny revolving doors that caught my Nephew's foot. There are so many dead spots on the courts it's nuts. Calling this place a dump would be a compliment."

"If I could give negative stars I would. The parking is atrocious. Getting in and out is one lane and it's busy. There is not adequate parking for the amount of people/cars. Further, the parking lot looks like a bomb went off. It needs repaired desperately. Once inside, the revolving doors are not nearly large enough for people to enter and exit in an orderly manner. The concession stand needs to have a service window inside the facility to eliminate having to go back out to the entry way. If there is ever a medical emergency or any sort of emergency situation, say your prayers and get right with your maker, because no one can rescue you due to overcrowding."

"This place is a joke. My daughter has been playing basketball here every Saturday for the last couple months. Our experience has not been good during this time, but this evening's game was the worst. It was the first night game we've had to attend. Upon pulling into the parking lot, it was full of potholes, some of them pretty deep. It was also really dark (making it really hard to see all these potholes). They have lights, but none of them were on. People can't see other people and cars were very close to hitting each other on several occasions. You couldn't see any of the parking spaces. It was horrible. Even the guy parked next to us got out and said the same thing. Then there is the entrance. The line is long to get in and out. They have a small revolving door. There were people fighting in the entryway because of the situation. I don't know how this isn't a fire hazard. By the time we got through, we were pushed to the side where people were trying to exit. We managed to get through them to the table to pay, only to be ignored to the point that we got tired of waiting and just walked in. It has been a horrible experience here since we started coming, but tonight was the cherry on top. I can not get over the parking lot situation. So dark and all the potholes. Someone is going to get hurt. Honestly, if the condition is this bad outside, what kind of unseen safety issues are inside? Finally, this place is not wheelchair/handicap accessible through the main entrance, and the handicap parking seems to always be filled with people that do not have handicap placards. Just a heads up."

"I feel the place is not kept up very well. The outside grounds and parking lot are run down. The bathrooms are not the nicest. The basketball courts are ok. And given it is a dome structure, when it is cold outside it is cool in the dome as well - the heat is not regulated well."
