"We have had a cancer policy with Globe Life/ Family Heritage for 20 years. We recently received a check for return of Premiums paid. Fortunately we have never had to use it. But there is peace of mind knowing we have it. We decided to continue the policy. Jack Clark was very professional and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend them."

"I had a Bryan Ortiz come into my place of work on January 10th telling me about Globe Life’s Family Heritage plans. I thought they sounded amazing and fill out an application for it so that it could be sent in if me and my husband thought it was something we should do. He told me to let him know by the 14th so he could have me in the next group to be accepted. I get an email at 11:44 am on the 14th telling me I was accepted. I had not yet texted or called Bryan confirming that we had decided it wasn’t the best fit for us at the moment. I texted Bryan Ortiz to let him know I didn’t text him yet due to being busy and that I didn’t want to sign up for the injury plan and icu plan until we could reconsider them once we have moved. January 19th I called because money had been taken from my account. I had to get groceries, gas, and pay for my animals but due to the negligence of Bryan not answering my texts I couldn’t do so since they had received my money. I called customer service they canceled the plan and said I would be refunded. That was the same day January 19th. I still haven’t received my refund so I called today January 31st and was told that my refund would hit my account on the 11th of February. I have reached out in an email explaining what happened and have received no response from them nor have I received a response from Bryan. It is unfair that they tell you when you get hurt they will have the money in your bank account within days but it takes almost a month for you to receive your refund when you are signed up without your consent. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with a situation that could have been avoided by just responding to my text messages or checking with me because I was signed up."

"Brian Mallory is one incredible human. He is passionate about helping others. He did a great job of presenting information about the products (3 types of coverage), the process, the payouts and the price in an easy to understand presentation. This is a safety net for everyone.
