"I hadn't had there pizza but twice before I didnt like the pizza cheese on top the sauce and the items were on top of the cheese it made the dough taste not done"
"I've had Donatoes before but this time was DRY! Tastes like cheese bread. Idk why they were so skimpy with the sauce, but won't be ordering from this location again. Smh I'd take it back.., but I'm in for the night. Very disappointed in the taste of this pizza. Won't waste my money on this again."
"We just had pizza delivered from this Donato’s (Madison Rd). We ordered a thin crust Classic Trio and a hand tossed Serious Cheese. Worst delivery possible! The pizzas were delivered relatively quickly based on the times in the app… but the pizzas are cold! Not even warm… cheese is set and, you can see from the pictures, we have to reheat a pizza that is supposed to be fresh. Both pizzas are over baked, as you can see from the pictures. To add insult to injury, whomever made the pizza did not include the pepperoni (!!!!) and the sausage is all clumped in the center of the pizza! Really poor quality! I did get someone on the phone and they promise to refund the money… we shall see. As far as I am concerned, I do not see myself ordering from this Donato again. If this is your only choice for Donato’s, try another pizza chain."
"Hi I'm DoorDasher and when I went to pick up an order for my customer they locked the door as I was walking up and they took the order to the back and did not answer the door for me. I guess they just wanted to take it home and eat it themselves instead of for my customer. I had to unassign the order and made no money for it. In this economy every order counts and this was just so unprofessional. I saw at least four employees in there that could have responded to me and they all ignored me."
"This individual Very Vegy thin pizza was perfect! Many times pizza could get salty, but this was not the case. The 5pc side tub roasted garlic traditional wings with ranch were flavorful to the point that I didn't even use the ranch sauce. They were literally falling off the bones!!"
