"I have been trying to get a hold of someone. Call back number has been left numerous times also. Line ends up going dead after an hour the same song on repeat that now huants my dreams. Someone needs to contact my mother in law back. Not only was the last rep rude to her you still had her husband as alive and the holder on the policy. He passes a year and a half ago. Paper work was filled out and sent to you. What is going on?"
"Horrible customer service. I've tried multiple times to reach agents and everytime I call the holds are longer than 45 minutes. Once you do reach them, they don't get you the info you requested."
"Customer service is absolutely terrible. Would leave 0 stars if possible. Been trying to do an exchange to another carrier for months & they’ve completely held up the process by not providing us with the necessary paperwork after many calls & emails"
"They won’t respond to emails or answer their phone (I am typing this out while on hold right now, my husband has even tried and was on hold for an hour and got no one) Our financial advisor said we had a bad policy (it was set up when my husband was born) and to withdraw it before it turned. That was two months ago. Now we are wondering if we will ever get our money. Do not recommend at all."
