"I love this studio so much! The floor is carpeted and it makes it feel like home. All the teachers are so kind, informative & inviting. I always leave a class feeling mentally & physically better than when I came. Yoga truly is for everyone! With that said I fell in love with yoga so much I decided to further my experience with it & attend teacher training with Sarah. I had no intentions of teaching in the beginning but Sarah has a way of seeing & nurturing potential in you. She truly is one of the most beautiful souls I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I feel honored to have had the opportunity to gain her knowledge of yoga and experiencing life. The course was so informative & transformative. Sarah is a nurse and that added valuable information to the education I received. The whole experience was enjoyable start to finish (even with COVID happening in the middle of it) I loved that it was 1 weekend a month! It fit my schedule well & also gave me time to process all the information properly before the next class."
