"i brought both of my dogs here and each time i was severely disappointed. the employees were rude and instead of handling my dog the right way, they just distantly gave him a “check up” instead of taking him in the back to look at him. then charged me almost 300 dollars. not only was the vet rude , but the nurse was as well. i won’t be coming back with any of my pets."

"Probably the worst banfield ever to exist. Everybody here is so rude and unethical, dirty, doesn’t give you any information or explain anything. Doesn’t give you any options, brushes off your concerns. NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. Save yourself and drive to the Medina location. At least they have class and care about your animals!!!"

"Had a scheduled check up for the cat and they got us in and out in about 30 minutes. Price wasn't to bad for check up. I would take are other cats here."

"We have tried to use them twice and both times it was a bad experience 1st time they wouldn't give my dog her rabies shot because I turned them down on their $300 vaccine package saying my dog had a tooth infection so they couldn't give her the rabies vaccine which they advertise at $28. She didn't have a tooth infection at all ! Second time yea this was even worse. They were late by 25 minutes to a petsmart in Elyria for the shot clinic so we waited 2 hrs for our turn and they told us they ran put of rabies shots. They are saying they had unregistered people show up ? Well wait a second Ban field isn't this why we are requires to register onli.e prior to the clinic? So that ypu know how many vaccines to bring ? You all do not know how to run a business. Your company is horrible and you only help those that pay the great package fee. We will never use or try to use your services again ."
